Control unit warranty and returns
A problem after an intervention? Contact the workshop with the information from your file before returning the control unit.
Repair warranty
The repair guarantee relates to the intervention performed, under normal conditions of use and installation. To know the conditions applicable to your file, contact the workshop.
Common exclusions
- Damage related to water, shock, fire or overvoltage.
- Control unit opened or modified by a third party.
- Improper installation, lack of power or wiring problem of the vehicle.
Cloning and programming: points to check
- Cloning: the copy depends on the state of the data of the original control unit. Damaged data can prevent the expected operation. Feasibility and conditions are examined for each application.
- Adaptation: the control unit is configured for the vehicle. Possible operations depend on its part number and version.
- Immobiliser: special solutions, such as immo off or emulator, require prior study.
